Photorealistic 3D interior rendering of custom living room by Chance Leigh
Visualizing in 3D

See Your Home in Full 3D Before We Ever Break Ground.

Stop trying to decode flat, confusing 2D blueprint lines. We build your entire custom home in a photorealistic 3D interactive model first, so you can walk through the layout and align every detail with confidence.

The 2D Blueprint Trap

Our in-house 3D design process gives Georgetown buyers a photorealistic walkthrough of their home before construction begins.

Almost every custom home buyer faces the same quiet anxiety: walking onto their freshly framed job site, looking around, and realizing they absolutely hate the spatial layout.

Traditional builders hand you a flat, black-and-white stack of blueprints. They expect you to sign off on room flows, wall heights, and window openings that you can't actually visualize in real space.

This disconnect leads directly to budget-ballooning change orders mid-build. When you change your mind after the wood is framed and the concrete is poured, it costs you thousands in avoidable fees and adds weeks of delays. We designed our boutique process to eliminate this trap entirely.

"Chance is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of home designing, building, fixtures, decor, you name it... He is patient and kept us actively involved in every design selection. Our beautiful home was a stress-free and highly collaborative experience."

Design Workflow

Our In-House 3D Layout Process

Our boutique practice keeps design in-house, translating your rough ideas into clear, interactive architectural models.

01. The Napkin Sketch Sit-down

You sit down directly with Chance to map out your rough sketches, design inspirations, and goals — step one of the full building process. We establish the primary layout flow and your target budget from day one.

02. The Interactive Walkthrough

We translate your ideas into a complete, interactive 3D digital model of your home. You can rotate the structures, adjust ceiling heights, open doors, and evaluate the spatial flow from room to room before we ever touch your lot.

03. The Sunlight Study

We map your exact Williamson County lot coordinates to simulate the sun's path at different times of the year. You'll watch how morning light pools in your kitchen at 8:00 AM, see where shade falls on your covered patio in August, and adjust window placements before we ever order lumber.

Eliminating Change Orders

Choose Your Finishes Without the Guesswork

Our 3D modeling goes far beyond simple room layouts. We render your actual cabinet coordinates, timber truss joints, custom hand-built shaker cabinets, and specific kitchen prep-island finishes inside an interactive three-dimensional model before purchasing materials.

You see exactly how your structural materials complement one another before they are purchased or delivered. We model the joint details of hand-laid Georgetown Cream limestone and raw cedar timber trusses (see them finished in the gallery), allowing you to verify how interior and exterior textures blend harmoniously under a unified, photorealistic design. Modeling your design on a screen first removes the guesswork, providing a stress-free custom build with zero surprises.

And because every finish is verified under the simulated daylight from the sunlight study above — winter sun, summer sun, morning and evening — you approve colors and textures the way they will actually look in your house, not under showroom lighting. Adjustments happen on the screen, not after the concrete is poured — saving thousands of dollars in physical modifications later.
