We provide regular, builder-led updates, share photo progress milestones from the job site, and provide direct, personal phone access — the same six-step process your client can read for themselves. Chance Leigh is on your client's job site throughout the build, face-to-face with subcontractors, ensuring every framing strap, foundation pier, and insulation seal meets our high craftsman standards. When you refer a buyer to us, you are referring them to the builder whose name is on the sign.
