This was not an easy build by any means — we had architectural errors in our plan, and this was our first custom home so we were pretty naïve to the process. Luckily for us Chance had the patience and knowledge to work through the architectural problems and guide us with the build. Our home was completed in 2018, and the quality is what you would expect from a great builder. Chance to this day will still answer our call. A lot of builders will disappear after the house is complete, but you won’t have that issue here.
